Thanks for letting me see a trial version of this program this afternoon.
All I can saw, is WOW! What a great piece of software! Not sure how you did it, but I am looking forward to seeing how all this plays out for you in the future.
While I did have a little trouble downloading it, it was moreso user error than anything else. =)

I was asked what parameters you can request...
You can request the state, period until recast(15, 30, 45, 60days etc) and loan amounts...And with or without phone numbers...If they have numbers they are SCRUBBED right before sending to you! |

LOL), max 1st incr, cap, interim incr and how much, old pymt, new pymt, county of record, pymt incr, and the other obvious ones...As far as "display" of information, I think we narrowed it down to 26 fields we felt were pertinent...Many other "fields" were used to make those...Most would have been useless fluff to display...We are trying to keep it as simple as possible...Push buttons to print mediums, call, make deals! |

Looks good! I like it simple. I don't think I have any suggestions thus far. I was curious however, because I've got a business idea that I plan to launch soon. I'll be looking for a website to be professionally designed, hosted, and optimized.
Now that I look again; I would suggest name branding. i.e., some type of logo, or letter design in the name, etc., and tag line that makes it stand out in the crowd.

I just want to put in my two cents about the potential at hand......
I pull leads from public records, here are my ratios from last week:
98 leads, 51 with numbers, 15 were callable, 4 are disconnects
I dont even keep track of how long it takes me to locate the leads, do a reverse phone number lookup, address envelopes, etc. I typically do it in the evenings when I am watching tv or on the weekends..............
what I do know is that I am very excited about these leads... they should be a HUGE timesaver, and start freeing up time for me to focus on other aspects of my business that I just cant find the time for now. |

Oops............ forgot to mention this................. I have been pulling leads from public records for about 6 weeks now (I know, I know, not too long, lol). Have my first closing scheduled for tomorrow, and have 2 more in process. These leads work.

They can work but one loan everytwo weeks is nothing to get too excited about. If you have those deals along with some other then maybe i can see your point. I know that most dont settle for two loans per month..
I dont agree with the price but I am glad to see that its working though.

You have no clue bro, how many do you close a month?
That was from the old farming-for-them-method...She spent alot of her time finding them instead of closing them...She helped me refine some of the techniques we found that worked and she's starting to reap the benefits after making a GREAT PERSONAL SACRIFICE for it...
She's a closer and we're gonna make sure she continues to be successful!...You really should apologize to her... |

Raymond, I am excited, because I have only been pulling leads this way for 6 weeks. To have 3 deals working, in addition to all the others I have in process due to various marketing and advertising methods................ well, at least to me, I think that its worth it.
I am one person pulling 50-100 leads per week, about 10-15% of them are callable. Everything else is direct mail only. I am still trying to tweak things on my end, of course. But, the leads do work. And as time progresses, and I get better at working them, I know the response ratios will be much better.
As for the price, well............ if you have ever tried to cultivate the leads yourself, you would understand how time consuming it is. You will spend hours on end to locate the leads, doing the reverse phone number lookup, formatting your databases, etc. Its all a matter of how much your time means to you. To me, having that extra 10 hours a week I am devoting to this is worth it. It frees up my time to close loans (and show my pretty little face in the community at networking functions and such). Just my two cents, of course.  |

I agree Tabitha that if you have other forms of marketing going that this is a great way to supliment your other sources of revenue. i just meant that you can get these leads alot faster and save your time by not having to pull them yourself is all.

I am a firm believer in never putting all my eggs in one basket. These arm leads are a great addition to a multi-faceted approach of building your pipeline. Referrals from past clients, referrals from professional contacts, etc.................
But, enough talk.......... lets close some loans! |

Right, Either route you go you will make money. It just depends on how much time and money you actually want to spend, and also how hard you would like to work.
With over 650,000 callable ARMS that have been in cuurent mortgage without a refi, that leaves alot of business...
As well there are over 3.5 million mailable records that fit the same criteria. The way i see it is if you want a piece of that action call Myself or Stephen....
